Ledgely provides bespoke business support services including Bookkeeping, Self Assessment, VAT Returns, Payroll, Document Control, and Business Partner Support. Services are tailored to sole traders, small business owners and Landlords.
All quotes are custom-built with your budget in mind. Pricing is based on the scope of work and may vary depending on complexity, frequency, and volume. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Invoices are issued monthly or upon completion of agreed milestones. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.
Clients must provide accurate and timely information to enable Ledgely to deliver services effectively. Ledgely is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client.
All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with written consent.
Ledgely is supervised by AAT for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and adheres to HMRC regulations. We reserve the right to decline services if AML checks are not satisfied.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Any outstanding fees for completed work will remain payable.
Ledgely will exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering all services; however, liability cannot be accepted for any loss, damage, penalty, or cost arising from errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies that result from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client. Ledgely’s liability for any direct loss arising from our work, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is strictly limited to the total fees paid for the services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Ledgely will not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. Clients are responsible for reviewing all work and notifying Ledgely of any concerns promptly so that issues can be corrected.
